Packback is an AI-supported online discussion platform that enables curiosity-based student discussion. Packback delivers a method of scaling feedback through the use of algorithmic coaching or AI. Packback’s algorithms automate moderation of posts, empowering instructors to provide higher-level coaching. As students write posts, they will receive real-time coaching feedback; posts may be flagged if they violate the community guidelines.  Flagged posts are reviewed by Packback moderators. Students are prompted to edit their posts based on the moderator feedback.  Instructors are able to custom feedback.

Students will need to purchase an access code.  Instructors will need to work with your Packback representative to determine payment method (student-pay or invoice).
