Getting Started In Canvas for Instructors
Request a Summer or Fall 2020 Course Site
Instructors looking to set up their Summer or Fall 2020 course on Canvas may send an email request to email@example.com. Instructors will be provided access to their course immediately and the student roster will be added within 24 hours.
Please include the following information in the email:
- Your Rutgers NetID
- Course code and section
- Five digit RegIndex number
- Are you teaching multiple sections?
- If yes, should they be separate Live Course Sites or combined into 1 Site?
To have courses created automatically in future semesters your section will need to be updated in the Course Scheduling System.
Faculty and staff can also request blank site without a roster.
