Adding Publisher Content To Your Canvas Course

Publisher content for Cengage MindTap, McGraw-Hill Campus Connect, Pearson MyLabs, and WileyPlus have now been integrated into Rutgers Canvas. When viewing Navigation in course settings, instructors can now simply drag (or enable) the following tools into the Canvas course navigation:

• Cengage MindTap
• Pearson MyLab and Mastering.

For McGraw-Hill Campus Connect, instructors can add a link out to their McGraw-Hill content by adding an “External Tool” item to a course Module. With the McGraw-Hill integration, the link will open in a new tab.  Over the summer as McGraw-Hill releases a deeper integration with Canvas, instructors will be able to add custom links to assignments, and to have automatic syncing with the Canvas Gradebook.

For WileyPlus, instructors can also add deep linking integration to specific WileyPlus content (readings, assignments, tests, activities) by adding an “External Tool” item to a course Module. You may elect to sync your Wiley activities with the Canvas Gradebook.
