Feature Release for Rutgers MediaSpace and Integrations

On March 25, 2018, automated captions, powered by Cielo24, were enabled in Rutgers MediaSpace, powered by Kaltura. When a video is uploaded to MediaSpace via the standalone website or through Rutgers Canvas or Moodle, captions are generated using automatic speech recognition.
