Rutgers.eduUsers are unable to start BigBlueButton Conferences in Canvas. We are working with our vendor, Blindside Networks, to resolve the issue. Users can create conferences on the Conferences Index Page, but cannot start meetings. Users do not receive an error message.
In the meantime, course instructors are encouraged to use Cisco Webex or Zoom in Canvas to conduct their online meetings.
