Rutgers.eduA number of users are reporting issues with accessing the three dots menu for Kaltura media available in Rutgers MediaSpace and the Kaltura integration in Canvas. This menu is available on the media entry page for media owners and co-editors who have access to edit a media entry. This issues does not affect all media entries for a user. Media owners and co-editors will not be able to:
- Change the Publish status.
- Download a video entry from the media page.
- Add the video to an existing playlist.
- Edit the video metadata including video title and description.
- Add the entry to Watch List.
- View Analytics.
- Acces the Reach Captions & Enrich menu to request captions and edit captions.
- Launch the video editor
- Delete the entry and move it to the Recycle Bin.
