Issues accessing Powtoon through Rutgers Canvas

Powtoon, integrated in Kaltura, is inaccessible through Rutgers Canvas. When users attempt to edit a Powtoon in the Powtoon Studio, the user is prompted to open the studio in a new tab. In the new tab, users will see an Access Denied message. Users are able to edit the same Powtoon in the Powtoon Studio by accessing Rutgers MediaSpace. Rutgers IT is working with Kaltura and Powtoon to resolve this issue. Users should access the Powtoon Studio through Rutgers MediaSpace until this issue is resolved.
