As of the evening of, Friday, May 8, Canvas is accessible to Rutgers users. OIT will continue to monitor closely as we work to restore our normal operations following the Canvas global outage. If you have any questions or concerns, please call 833-OIT-HELP and choose option 7.

Kaltura Mediaspace and the Kaltura integration in Canvas is currently unavailable.  Users will not be able to
  • log into mediaspace.rutgers.edu
  • View Kaltura content embedded on Canvas pages, assignments, or posted as links.
  • Complete Kaltura in-video quizzes.
  • Access My Media and Media Gallery in their Canvas courses.
