As of the evening of, Friday, May 8, Canvas is accessible to Rutgers users. OIT will continue to monitor closely as we work to restore our normal operations following the Canvas global outage. If you have any questions or concerns, please call 833-OIT-HELP and choose option 7.

Kaltura services are operating normally

Starting around 3:57 PM EST, users were unable to access Kaltura via Mediaspace and the integration in Rutgers Canvas.  Rutgers Kaltura admins determined that authentication processes were not operating as expected.  Working with Rutgers IT staff, Rutgers Kaltura admins determined that the authentication issues were isolated to processes provided by Kaltura.  Kaltura support determined the root cause and sent the all-clear at 5:45 PM EST.  Rutgers Kaltura admins confirmed that all services are operating normally.
