Rutgers.eduInstructure, the parent company of Canvas, will be performing maintenance on the Google Apps LTI in Rutgers Canvas on Friday, May 29, 2020, starting at 3 AM ET (7 AM UTC; click here to find out when you’ll be affected). Instructure will be increasing database capacity to meet increasing demand over a two hour period of time. Rutgers users will not be able to access Google Apps for the duration of the maintenance window.
During this two-hour period, users will not be able to:
- Use Collaborations.
- Access Google LTI documents post in Canvas
- Submit assignments via the Google tab.
It is recommended that instructors change assignment due dates so they fall outside of the maintenance event.
