Respondus LockDown Browser may be unavailable to some users. At 11:15 am, Rutgers OIT received reports that users were unable to launch the LockDown Browser when accessing a Canvas New Quiz on a Mac or iPad.
Course instructors will stil be able to access the LockDown Browser Dashboard in your course navigation. Quizzes may not be accessible to your students. Depending on your quiz settings, alternative arrangements may be needed. Respondus LockDown Browser is installed as an application in OIT computer labs.
