Issues Resolved for Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor

Respondus Lockdown Browser & Monitor

As previously posted, there were issues accessing Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor.  Around 2:20 pm, OIT LMS Held Desk received reports that students could not launch Canvas quizzes where LockDown Browser was required. Course instructors were unable to launch the LockDown Browser Dashboard in the course navigation to disable the requirement for LockDown Browser.

Respondus resolved this issue at 5:17 (EST). Please check for Respondus Monitor status updates. Thank you for your patience.
