Rutgers.eduRutgers Canvas is pleased to announce the upgrade of Evolve Elsevier LTI 1.1 to LTI 1.3. Elsevier Evolve Link is an integrated textbook that supports students in the Health Sciences. Some Elsevier Evolve products include adaptive learning to personalize education to learn faster and remember longer.
Please note that you will need an existing account previously created with Elsevier Evolve to access any online material through Rutgers Canvas. If you do not see Elsevier Evolve in your course navigation, please enable it by managing your course navigation links.
The existing integration will be removed on May 15. 2025. Existing links in your Spring 2025 Canvas courses (and prior semesters) will no longer work after this date; however, student submissions and grades will exist through the publisher’s website. Instructors must re-link their Canvas assignments with the latest upgrades instead of copying courses from previous semesters. Course content created for Summer and Fall 2025 semesters must use the new Elsevier Evolve Link – LTI 1.3 integration. Please contact Evolve Elsevier Link support for technical questions and concerns.
