Instructure Limited Support
On Sunday, December 3rd, from 3:00AM – 6:00AM Eastern Time (ET), Salesforce will be holding scheduled maintenance. During this period the support team at Instructure will not have access to their ticketing system. This means the following limitations to Webform/Email Cases, Phone, Chat, and Field Admin Console.
Canvas will remain operational and accessible. Users can reach out to their local helpdesk for Canvas Support.
Canvas Scheduled Maintenance
On Thursday, December 7th, from 1:05AM – 3:05AM Eastern Time (ET), Canvas will be holding scheduled maintenance. Downtime for users is expected to be minimal but the full duration of the window may be utilized if needed. Users may not be able to access Canvas while the event is underway.
As a reminder, maintenance windows are scheduled on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month. You can review local maintenance window times in either the settings of your Canvas account under ‘Default Time Zone’ or within your personal user timezone settings.
Rutgers Canvas support will not impacted by these maintenance events.
