Rutgers.eduRutgers Canvas is pleased to announce the release of the recycle bin for Rutgers Mediaspace and Kaltura integrated in Canvas. With the recycle bin feature, you can delete entries with the ability to recover them later, eliminating the risk of mistakenly deleting something. The media entry will be put back where it belongs, and its original name, tags, information, metadata, and functionality will all be preserved.
Media entries are held in the recycle bin for 30 days and then they will be automatically deleted. To access the recycle bin in Rutgers Mediaspace, click the user menu in the upper right. For My Kaltura Media in Canvas, click recycle bin at the top of the page.
