Maintenance Window #1
On December 27, 2021 at 9:00 am EST (UTC -5), Voicethread will be increasing the security of user-uploaded media. There should not be a noticeable change with this update, but it is possible that there may be increased media load times temporarily.

Maintenance Window #2
On December 29, 2021 at 5:00am EST (UTC -5), Voicetherad will be performing a database upgrade and maintenance. VoiceThread will be offline for 8 hours. During this time, Voicethread services will be unavailable through the Voicethread website, mobile app, and integrations in Canvas. Users who attempt to access during this window will see a message that VoiceThread is down for maintenance. This information is also available on Voicethread status page.
