Starting around 12:35 PM EDT on May 14, 2021, users were unable to play videos in Kaltura via Mediaspace and the integration in Rutgers Canvas. At 2:21 PM, Kaltura support collaborated with external vendors on a resolution and mitigation steps. Playback service was restored for the majority of Kaltura customers by 2:37 EST. Rutgers Kaltura admins confirmed that all services are operating normally at 4:40 PM.
