Rutgers.eduRutgers Canvas is pleased to announce that Playposit, a video interaction tool, now supports dual video streams for Kaltura media. Previously, instructors who used Kaltura Capture to record their desktop or Powerpoint presentation and a web camera were unable to share both video streams in Playposit.
With this upgrade, instructors may choose to include the Kaltura secondary stream as part of the Playposit bulb. It is recommended that the secondary stream be placed as picture-in-picture instead of in the sidebar where the questions/interactions usually appear. If you elect to show the secondary stream in the sidebar, please let your students know how to access the questions when the video pauses. Students will now benefit from a more humanizing video lecture and assignment.
