Rutgers.eduRutgers is pleased to announce the ability for Kaltura Capture to re-upload recordings previously uploaded to Kaltura. Users may upload entries to Kaltura via Rutgers MediaSpace or through My Media or Media Gallery in Canvas. In some instances, the upload and save process may fail. The entry may be “processing” for hours; it has likely failed to upload successfully.
Users may now use Kaltura Capture to re-upload entries that have failed. Please see How do I re-upload media recorded with Kaltura Capture? article. Users will need to update their application to the newest version. To update Kaltura Capture, launch the application and leave it open for 15 minutes.
