Resolved: Issues with LockDown Browser and Canvas New Quizzes

Respondus Lockdown Browser & Monitor

As previously announced, users were unable to launch the LockDown Browser when accessing a Canvas New Quiz on a Mac or iPad. At 10:05 AM ET, Respondus reported that students were unable to access Canvas New Quizzes with LockDown Browser on Macs or iPads. Users could access Canvas Quizzes and New Quizzes with the LockDown Browser on Windows or Chromebooks.

At 3:52 PM ET, Respondus planned to deploy a hotfix to address the issue. Respondus Status posted that the issue was resolved at 6:32 PM ET. Students may need to check for updates for their version of LockDown Browser.
