Enrollment Issues Resolved

At 3:25 pm, OIT received reports of students were dropped from their courses in Canvas. We identified the process that affected specific Fall 2024 courses. OIT restored course enrollments by 4:38 PM which also returned student assignment submissions and grades. Working with Instructure, the parent company of Canvas, OIT was able to restore group memberships by 5:37 PM.
