Rutgers Canvas is operating normally

At  8:43 AM EST, Instructure identified increased page view errors which affected features such as SpeedGrader and DocViewer, which allows users to view linked documents in-line in Canvas. Users received 502/503 errors or “Service is currently unavailable. Try again later.” messages when accessing content in Docviewer. Canvas Engineering team implemented a fix to resolve these issues at 10:39 AM ET and the issue was resolved at 12:13 PM ET.  Docviewer issues persisted and a fix was implemented at 1:34 PM ET.  Canvas status page was updated at 2:51 PM ET when all lingering issues were resolved.  Thank you for your patience as we worked throughout the day to resolve this issue. Instructure will continue to monitor the results to ensure no further impact
