Feature Release: ALEKS by McGraw-Hill

ALEKS by McGraw-Hill

Rutgers Canvas is pleased to announce the integration of ALEKS which helps students master course topics through a continuous cycle of mastery, knowledge retention, and positive feedback. ALEKS is a research-based, online learning program that offers course products for Math, Chemistry, Statistics, Physics, and Accounting. ALEKS was developed at the University of California by cognitive scientists, software engineers, mathematicians, and educators. Driven by adaptive machine learning, ALEKS is designed as an efficient way to determine students’ precise knowledge and provide them with a personalized, meaningful learning experience. ALEKS development was supported by major funding from the National Science Foundation.

Please note, however, that you will need an account previously created with McGraw-Hill to access any online material. Students will need to purchase an access code.  Please access ALEKS through Rutgers Canvas by enabling it in the course navigation.
