Update on Remote Proctoring Software

Respondus Lockdown Browser & Monitor

A new option for remote proctoring software, Respondus Monitor, has been selected for use in Canvas. Efforts are currently underway to develop documentation and provide support. Details about the availability of Respondus Monitor will be provided as soon as possible.

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) continues to seek an option for Sakai. The university is evaluating a product with a vendor, and we are moving as quickly as possible to seek a replacement for Proctortrack for Sakai. Additional information will be provided when available.

Rutgers has discontinued the use of Proctortrack indefinitely.
