Canvas Teacher Release Notes (iOS 1.3)
In this Canvas Teacher update, the app supports Files and Pages for courses and the To Do list. Additionally, the Profile icon has been moved. Please review the full Canvas Teacher Release Notes for iOS 1.3 and accompanying images.
New Features
Courses
Files
The Teacher app supports Files for courses. Files allows instructors to view and manage course files and folders. Instructors can also upload new files and create new folders.
Instructors can edit course files in the Teacher app. Editing options include changing file names, publishing or unpublishing files, managing access and availability, and deleting files.
Pages
The Teacher app supports Pages for courses. Pages allows instructors to view and manage course pages. Instructors can also create new pages. Instructors can also edit page content, manage page settings, and delete pages.
Users
To Do List
The Teacher app supports the To Do List. The To Do List shows the items that require grading in all of your courses. Each item displays the assignment title, course name, due date, and the number of items that require grading. By tapping an assignment, you can open SpeedGrader to begin grading.

The Profile page can now be opened by tapping the Profile icon at the top of the screen when viewing the Dashboard. Previously, the Profile icon was found in the Navigation Menu.
