NetID Accounts in Canvas

All active NetID Users are provisioned in to Canvas. It may take 24-48 hours after you have activated your NetID before it’s processed. If you are still unable to login after waiting, please contact help@canvas.rutgers.edu.

 

Non-Credit Programs & Professional Development Courses

If you are not an undergraduate or graduate student at Rutgers but will be taking a course on Canvas, you should be receiving an email from your program or instructor with instructions. You may also receive another email from the Canvas system regarding your enrollment. This email would have came from ‘notifications@instructure.com‘.

Our help desk is here to help and make sure you do not fall behind. If you believe you are supposed to have access right now, please send an email to the Canvas help desk and include the following information:

  1. Full Name
  2. The course or program you are registered for
  3. Start date of the course or program
  4. The name of the instructor or program coordinator ( If you have it )
