TopHat – iOS Mobile Apps for Students


To use the iOS mobile app for Top Hat, students will need to first create a Top Hat account using a mobile or desktop browser. You can use your Rutgers NetID to access Top Hat.

In-app purchases are not supported. Students need to log into Top Hat account (using their mobile or laptop web browser) to complete textbook purchases. The mobile app will no longer prompt students with this notification. Once purchases have been completed on the web browser, students may access their course anytime, from the web or Top Hat mobile app.
