Kaltura – How to Download Your Kaltura Media File
Kaltura serves as a video repository as well as providing video hosting. Your uploaded video files can be accessed using these steps. One thing to keep in mind is that if you activate this option for a video, it will be available everywhere the video has been embedded. However, it is a great way to back up your recorded content, or to move it from one instance of Kaltura to another.
Kaltura videos can be accessed through “My Media” within Canvas, or through the Rutgers MediaSpace.
The process described below is only for video entries with one stream (web camera or screen/desktop) and cannot be used for entries with dual streams (web camera AND screen/desktop).
